Visit Cape & Islands Self-Reliance's website for information on the aggregation program offered to heating oil consumers on Cape Cod and in mainland communities. Under the program, full-service heating oil companies deliver lower-cost fuel. They also offer a greener option—bioheat, a mix of biodiesel and conventional fuel.
